Characteristics
Produced through a specialized vacuum metallization process, these pigments feature extremely smooth and thin aluminum flakes with a high diameter-to-thickness ratio. This structure delivers exceptional brightness and strong hiding power, creating a chrome-like metallic finish even at low dosage levels. The result is high visual impact with improved formulation efficiency.
Application
Mainly used in automotive paints, wheel hub coatings, bicycle coatings, glass and plastic coatings, printing inks for packaging and labels, nail polish, toy paints, craft coatings, gravure inks, flexographic inks, and other decorative applications. It can also serve as an alternative to electroplating in certain finishes.

Suggestion of dosage
- Proportion of aluminium paste in colored primer paint is 1%-3%.
- Proportion of aluminium paste in pure silver primer paint is 2%-4%.
- Proportion of aluminium paste in single metal flitter primer paint is 2%-6%.
