Produced by removing solvents and blending aluminum pigments with PE wax or other resins and additives, then formed into pellets through an extrusion process. The pellets typically measure around 1.8 × 8 mm and offer excellent dispersion, strong hiding power in plastics, and low dust generation. They provide improved handling, low odor, good stability, and consistent performance in plastic processing systems. Aluminum content typically ranges between 70–80%.
